Flexible staff, everything was very good. Had particularly good location next to bus stop that can take you to Maspalomas center or to explore the island. What's more, it was very close to shops and restaurants as well as the cliff top.

English breakfast that I ordered was great. The location was central, excellent to the sea 2 minutes. The experience was very nice and I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were very knowledgeable, the location was particularly good. Gran Canaria airport was hardly 27 minutes away by car. The room was functional, it had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The swimming pool was lovely, with a unique design. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and offered personal recommendations.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel though small was in a good location and there was plenty of room for guests. I would stay there again.

The only bar was by the pool which was a bit basic especially for the evening as well as chilly. There are no sofa's in this area and did not feel comfortable. The bar staff kept you waiting for ages at times and were in the room at the back of the bar - don't know what they were doing there - but at times ignored you even if they caught your eye. It would have been good to have been acknowledged if they were busy. The food was mediocre. Would be good to have notice saying towels on sunbeds do not constitute ownership - some guests put towels on beds in the morning and came to sit on them later in the afternoon. not fair!!

The location was great and pleasant for us - close enough to bars and restaurants. The rooms were new-fashioned and functional with beautiful view kept by the polite staff.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is fantastic, just a short stroll away from the beautiful beaches. I loved being able to walk along the seaside and take in the breathtaking views. The hotel itself is situated in a central area, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Came with my boyfriend, everything was perfect. Fantastic location next to bus stop that can take you to Maspalomas center or to explore the island, and the rooms were new-fashioned and top-class. The breakfast was varied and offered a huge variety of items. The view was lovely, the service was incredible. All in all - I really enjoyed this place & would return there.
